is simply a Domain Name Reseller and we do nothing but resell the domain names
we control - please do not
submit any Domain Names for us to sell for you. Please do not submit very low bids, as we will not forward excessively low bids to
the Domain Owner. We have a $300 minimum bid policy, so do not enter any
bids lower than $300 US.
We are not an auction site with an imposed time deadline for bids. The Domain Name will be sold when an offer is acceptable to the Owner/Seller. We reserve the right to accept, reject, or counter any offer and we reserve the right to refuse to deal with any person for any reason. All bids will be considered firm offers to purchase and all sales are final. Please see our Terms and Conditions for complete details. Our goal is to make buying our Domain Names as easy as possible. There are no hidden handling or commission charges, only escrow fees that you, as a buyer, are responsible for. You pay your accepted bid price, escrow fees and the registration fee charged by your own ICANN accredited domain name registrar. You are also responsible for any local, state and federal taxes related to your purchases. We do recommend that you seek legal help with any trademark issues, or any other legal concerns you may have. We sell our Domain Names on an "as is" basis, hence legal help will be in your best interest. We do not say this to keep you from purchasing, but want you to be informed and therefore protected. We avoid any name with the appearance of "cyber-squatting" and are very sensitive to trademarks and copyright issues. We try to minimize the hyperbole used in describing the Domain Name's possible application and are very concerned by some of the excessive pricing we have recently seen asked for some Domain Names. If we feel any of our prices are out of line, we reserve the right to adjust them accordingly. Many of the names on our site are similar and end in slightly different letters, such as "...shop.com" and "...shopping.com". While "...shop.com" names are best used only as an e-commerce store, "...shopping.com" names are more flexible and can be used as e-commerce sites, portal sites and even product review sites. Many people, however, believe that these names (such as "...shop.com and "...shopping.com") are so similar that to purchase them separately is foolish. While we believe that every name on this site has a specific unique application, please do not hesitate to bid on blocks of similar names.
